I don't know why I'm having such a hard time getting back on the trackin' wagon! I don't think I tracked this weekend, and I KNOW I didn't yesterday - it just got away from me. I'm doing better with exercise, but last night I tried to run on my treadmill & my ankle started giving me fits, so I switched to the elliptical. I will try that again tonight. Meanwhile, this is going to be another stressful weekend, as the grandkids are staying over. My son-in-law is going in for some major surgery Friday, hope and pray we get a good diagnosis for him. And hopefully I'll get at least a little exercise in and don't overeat crap too much.
