I'm grateful that I am healthy and that one thing that all these years of living and struggling to eat healthfully(yeesh) have taught me that all that unhealthful over-eating I did last night doesn't mean a thing except that I am human and I will carry on.

Hmm. One requirement of this challenge is that I post my goals and strategy. My goal is to not lose sight of good health habits this winter. I will make sure I have appropriate clothes for evening walks around the neighborhood - and take those walks at least 3 of 5 week nights, and I will push myself to get outdoors for a few hours of vigorous activity every Sat and Sun, no matter how cold it gets. No free pass for rain- then I have to find something indoors to do.
