I am tired of being tired. I have to start eating right and exercising again. Doing nothing is doing nothing to help me feel better. I need to eat healthy high energy foods. I was Googling about a "Night shift Diet" and have decided that there is money to be made for whoever can come up with a special auditor loss plan for night shift workers.

Working nights is tough on a routine I am sure. I worked nights for several years when I was younger, and it was basically party central.
