I've been sick with a killer flu. I took 2 weeks off from the gym.
I did eat some crap in that time, but kept it mostly clean. I'm not really surprised that I dropped a pound, but I think I dropped more than a pound of muscle and gained a little fat around my midsection.
I did get back into the gym yesterday and had a great workout on my chest, shoulders and arms.
