Water Fast Day #9
I have large traces of ketosis this morning at 80mg/dL.
I feel great so far, no much energy but I feel very focused, my brain and senses are working better, I can smell everything! I guess is animal instincts, ready for hunting!
BF = 25.3%
BMI = 21.3%
129.6 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi...just wondering how long are you fasting ? Are you following a plan or is this your own ? :)

Hi Willowtree444, I'll try to fast for 21 days, but on my journey I will listen my body and break the fast earlier is necessary. I'm fasting by myself, I did many fasting days in the past, usually between 24hrs and 7days, this one will be my longest one! So far I'm feeling great, and the psychological aspect is priceless for me, I also feel more focused, alerted, happier definitely :)
