Went back to the gym again and spent a little over an hour there on the treadmill and bike. I went with two girls from work and while I was on the bike I watched them go from weight machine to weight machine. I still have no clue how in the world you figure out where to start with those things so that you don't over or under do it and either waste your time or hurt yourself. I also went to the Dr and got meds for my psoriasis...I really hope it works. Extremely tired ^ _ ^ good night everyone!

Way to go on the workout at the gym! I wish I had the time & energy to go :( but I'm doing ok so far. It's only week 2. I'm 2.5 lbs less than I was and that's better than being 2.5 lbs more!! Now, we just gotta stay with it.
