Hey guys...

I've been seriously failing the last month or two. :(

No food diary-ing, no journaling, and I've now reduced running to 2 times a week. :( (though I've gotten up to 4 miles).

I really need help. I have no motivation. I'm not gaining, maybe a pound in the last month, but I'm finding it hard to get out of the bed in the morning to run.

I'm going to try to log this week. Goal is to run Monday, Wednesday and Thursday morning, since I'll be at my parents house this weekend.

If you are working harder, you might need more protein - my trainer has me trying to get the same grams of protein and carbs per day, to burn the carbs while I am moving and then to use the protein to build muscle. Good luck! Hope you feel better next week!
