today will be on the hardest days ever. Day 3 of reset is always the worst. I just woke up and already have a headache but Im gonna blame that on allergies. made a huge lunch in preparation : hamburger patty with american cheese, all the fixins, lettuce tomato pickles and a half of avocado and a side of green beans. Headed to the treadmill in a few for some straight up cardio today before work. Then Im off tomorrow so I plan to come home and veg out today.. Ill do my chores tomorrow. Plan on dressing up for work today to boost my esteem and to get me thru the day. Hey if you look and feel good, you will do good. Im so looking forward to the scale dropping soon.. I already feel better and once i started lifting , I saw definition in my muscles that I hadnt noticed before. The break really helped. While every one I know is winding down for the holidays, Im going to rev up.. bc the holidays took me out last year.. and i dont want to go thru that again. Let do this people ! HUMP DAY !

Good to know what took you down last year (winter holidays), as this time you can plan for the parties/carbs/drinks. My advice is to always carry a glass of water around, as you can't hold a plate and shake hands/hug, too.
