I think I ate more in the past 4 days than I did the whole month before LOL...okay maybe not, but it sure seems like it.
Had a blast with the family. Food was fantastic, turkey couldn't have been cooked any better.
Sunday went to a dinner over at my Son's in-laws and repeated the rather gluttonous feasting.
To top it off, guess who scheduled a physical tomorrow?
Scale ought to be right off the charts tomorrow.
Hard to believe a year has gone by since I decided I was tired of being heavy. I hope that this year I will have the determination to keep the pounds at bay.
