I was a lazy-butt last night; instead of cooking dinner we went to Slim Chickens, and I wasn't even that hungry. Only had 2 chicken strips & some okra, so overall my calories were good even if I was a bit high on fat & low on protein. Then after dinner I bought the Capt. America Civil War DVD & just sat on my butt watching the movie instead of getting in my run. Oh well, should do better today at least. Anyway, my hubby was feeling pretty run down yesterday, his Dr. has him on a low-carb diet, like 50 carbs a day low. He felt better after dinner - he had the Slim Salad that I normally get (I wasn't hungry enough for one), and a side of fried mushrooms. Afterward he felt better; maybe the carbs are too low?
