I ate very poorly yesterday... there are to many temptations at work and at home that its hard to resist. I will not do that again today at all I will nip it in the butt and move on. lol Planning on being a little more active today and maybe after work take the dogs for a walk!!! Weather has been pretty nice and cool here the past few days... definitely feels like fall...
