No I am NOT going to spend 58 months losing 17.4 pounds. Really. But I am expecting the last phase toward goal to be very slow, and I think I'm OK with that. I am so aware of the fact that while the weight isn't coming off, my body shape is changing significantly, and that lends credence to my notion that I'm in a transition of some kind, with my body and my appetite getting used to all this ice skating and walking and weight-resistance and water walking. I'm hoping that this week I'm moving through that transition, and perhaps by next week I'll record a little drop. We'll see...
