I am continuing to battle a headcold. I took medicine and was asleep by 10:30 PM last night; totally missed the ball drop and everything. A far cry from a decade ago when I just HAD to be at some overrated expensive party with my friends. :)
I am looking for ideas for any good workout DVDs people use... please share if you have one you think is fun and effective!
I've been in bed all day today since I still feel very under the weather. Luckily there's a marathon of my all time favorite show, Law and Order SVU and that's what I have been keeping myself busy with.
I hope everyone is having a great first day of the year and ready for fabulous things healthwise in 2010!!! :)
