Draggy today until lunchtime. Had a slice of wheat toast, hazelnut spread and a coffee, followed by about 30 grams of muscadines (thick-skinned, seeded grapes). While I was wondering what was "wrong," I suspected it might be low blood sugar or something. Better after my lunch (a roast beef/cheese sandwich) and an unsweetened tea. Today's weight of 179 is a step in the right direction. Kinda sorta celebrating tonight with some roast pork and stir-fried vegetables over white rice. Back on the treadmill tomorrow - about eleven weeks until the half-marathon and I've got seven-to-eight easy miles on the agenda.
