uuuuuum...I know tomorrow I'm going to weigh 5lbs less or something and this is just food baby...but I do know that some of it is an actual gain.

I miss having no belly, I miss being happy with how I look and being proud of how I look...and having more energy and feeling sexy!

I've decided to return to low carb...it just takes all the fuss out of dieting for me and gives me results so much easier than calorie counting...I seem to be able to eat WAY more on low carb...counting calories just isn't working and opening the door to too much temptation and causing way too much work (counting everything!!).

This is coming at a great time too cause one of my friends is just starting low carb as well :)
260.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

You have to find what works for you, but even doing low carb you will still have to manage macros meaning it's not that you go low carb you have nothing to manage or monitor or that you can eat mindlessly. Good luck!

It's always about maintaining your focus and commitment. I go for LCHF because carbs just trigger cravings for me, while fat kills hunger. A mug of tea with cream and I can pass on whatever everyone else is eating.

Use the food journal and record everything you eat. FS will keep track of calories and carbs for you.
