3 gin, soda, lime and simple sugar cocktails this evening. We had pizza at work today. Cut st.louis style, I had 3 slices of salty, fatty, starchy pizza. And 3 cocktails after my ride. I just needed to let loose, I guess. I'll probably see a gain in the morning. I did have a hard ride, 45 minutes average speed 13 mph. Tomorrow is chest day at the gym.
