Have been eating and tracking well, but only managed 1 hour of exercise on Monday. I think the scale will be kinder to me tomorrow morning, but as long as I'm hovering around 65 I'm happy. Have a great weekend everyone!
143.5 lb Lost so far: 46.1 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
