only.a couple of cheat days can wipe out weeks of progress but every mistake can be forgiven. the most important day is today: today is where the future is made. I will not go over my limit today. tomorrow I will do the same.
186.9 lb Lost so far: 102.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
