Too much yogurt yesterday, it threw me out of ketosis, too sweet and I'm definitely drinking way too many decaf coffee with almond milk. My stomach is not feeling well lately.
138.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
