Day 5 of liquid protein fast went very well. DS and family were here. I prepared food for them and did not eat any of those dishes. I am not feeling very hungry but am beginning to feel quite tired. My stamina is definitely affected. I shall continue.

I log a weigh in on Mondays, so tomorrow it is! I did get excited a posted a weight in the middle of the week this time. I don't usually do that, but I had crept back up over 200 and wanted to log it when I dropped back into onederland!
