OK, I started the day with a Bullet Proof coffee, then went on line to read up on it. I got into reading about Intermittent Fasting, and discovered that there was a Rapid Fat Loss Protocol on the site. Having started out the day with a Bullet Proof high fat coffee, I'd already begun it, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm going to try out a fat fast, we'll see how it goes! 24 hours under my belt and counting! Two mugs of keto coffee kept me not hungry all day. So far, so good!

Gwen, I read your Bio - what an interesting life you've led! I know what you mean about the weight loss. I'm looking to get back to the size I was at a younger age. Time to take care of myself!

What site was the Rapid Fat Loss Protocol on? Intensive Dietary Management, or another? PS: how you know you're fat-adapted...eating an ounce of nuts makes you feel stuffed! LOL.

I'll only do it as long as it feels right. I'm still recuperating from the pneumonia. So farm though, it feels good. I must be on the mend.

Atkins New Diet Revolution, Chapter 18 "Treating Extreme Metabolic Resistance: The Unique Fat Fast". I'm telling ya'll everything you need to know is in that book. It's better worded other places, but Atkins really did cover it all.

Its funny how high fat works to kill the bodies storage supply. I never thought that it was possible. But tracking my own progress I know it to be true. High Fives to you!

Too bad that the Health Organisation of all the countries mislead us regarding its nutrition recommendations In the meantime, I just see a deterioration in people's obesity   If they recommend was true obesity reaches epidemic was not so Strongly recommend reading the book Why We Get Fat: And What To Do About It by Gary Taubes is not one more book
