Well so far I've tracked what I've eaten every day this month - woo hoo! Still trying to build that habit. Unfortunately I missed 2 workouts this week, and will miss tonight's as well - bummer, except that I'm going to see Disturbed and Breaking Benjamin in concert tonight, which is why I'll miss the workout. MAN, and I was doing so well on the running, but will definitely be working out this weekend! Maybe my hubby & I will make it kayaking Sunday, if it doesn't rain. Weather should be cooler at least, today it's supposed to be 100 - and the concert is outdoors, GAH!!! Drink lots of water today, lots of water....
