Finished the day strong and logged in at 24-25 net carbs. My son took me to dinner at Chili's and I had water, a 6 oz sirloin, 6 shrimp , a side salad with blue cheese and some steamed broccoli. How's that for making it a lifestyle. I brought home some left over for tomorrows lunch.. cant wait..This is day 2 of my reset and I had that nagging headache at 630 but fed it some protein and veggies and I was feeling good again. Im always looking for some instant gratification so I bought myself some lavender soy body soap at whole foods for tonites bath and some good fabric softener for the sheets tomorrow. Its the little things for me. I have a huge flair up of carpel tunnel and my back is killing me so imma see the chiro tomorrow and pray he doesnt put me back on predesone bc of the gains it causes me but also wouldnt mind the relief. I just want the adjustment LOL. Sorry for the 2nd post today, I was just feeling really good and excited I made it one more day. Its been a while since I have gone two days with out polluting my body with crap. Aiming for day 3 tomorrow. Ive noticed one of my triggers is not eating enough. I get busy and I forget to eat or just dont eat then it hits me hard.. the hunger, the cravings. Ive noticed starting the day out with a big meal keeps me going..Breakfast at 8-9 gets me to 2-230 with a small snack in between then that gets me to dinner around 6-7 and maybe or maybe not a light snack before bed but only if im hungry. Tomorrow Ill write out a schedule in my journal.. Have a great evening everyone and thank you for all the support.. I need it..
