Ahhhhh! I am NOT doing this to myself again! I always do SO WELL and then my weight starts creeping up with the stress hits. We have truly struggled since moving. We have been here 6 months now and I am STILL looking for a job. I have a Bachelor's Degree, but that hasn't seemed to make a difference at all. Trying to pray and trust God to provide, and in the meantime I've been home all day long with my 1 year old. Being home makes me feel like I have nothing to get dressed up/fixed up/excited for a lot of times, and I end up binging on my hubby/stepdaughter's fatty snacks at times. I have gained almost 40 lbs in just these 6 months. Thankfully, I do have a gym membership and I also have the knowledge of how to get the weight back off, I just have to find that willpower again... I lost it. I do know that gaining weight has made me MORE depressed, and the bad food hasn't made me any happier, just guilty later. I'm going to start tracking my food on here everyday if it KILLS me, cause I've got to get ahold of this thing!
279.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

when i am going thru a time when i cant stay focused i often look back thru my journals when i was doing great...even when i wasnt...i gain back that motivation that at times is hard to maintain...keeping in the right frame of mind is important...then its just a matter of getting back into a healthy lifestlye once again...you already know how...just a matter of getting back into the habit....
