I am really starting to feel the benefits of my new eating habits. "Sweets" do not have the same appeal as they once did. I am no longer a slave to my cravings. The numbers on the scale going down are great, but the focus I now experience is one of the biggest surprises and greatest blessings.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
