Happy Thursday to our community! Slept in this morning, and heading down to see my buddies in Long Beach. I have been upping my calories a bit, but have survived the scale. The true test will be today, with some alcohol mixed in. Going to lay back on that, maybe just drink Coors Light. It is super weather, and I look forward to be near the water. Have a great day!

April, now I have to reprimand you. (look that word up, quickly) Why do you not sleep???? Every member of this site, has told you the same. You will get old, and decrepit (look up that word too) before your time, and NOT lose weight, without GOOD, and restful sleep. Just joshing you (look josh up too). You get the idea!

I think I'm going to show the discipline of leaving these things at the store next time. 😀 I'm going to go back to eating plain walnuts, almonds, or peanuts. I have enjoyed them very much though! Just too much!

Kp, walnuts are very, very good. I get them for cheap, 1/2 the price of Vons, at the 99 Cent Store.
