Starting over, going to try the 17-day diet. Just bought the e-book, so far this morning had 2 8oz waters, and 2 scrambled eggs. Getting ready to eat my first fruit serving.
Since the diet calls for unlimited lean protein and unlimited good veggies, I think I can handle it. The sugar cravings will be the hardest part.
