I hope everyone had a great weekend! Mine was ok. I went and basically cut off all my hair. It's very short for me. I will take pics and post in a little bit. It's very different. Still kind of unsure about it. My GF likes it, which makes me happy. I'm sure i will frow to like it. And even if I don't, it will grow out eventually. =)
I went and bought some size 20 jeans. Lane Bryant threw me for a loop, though, with all there freaking jeans sizing. I tried on these 22s and they were tight and I about had a heart attack. Then this sales lady told me about all the different 'sizing' they have for different body types. One pair of 20s were actually too big. It was crazy. the jeans i wanted were $95.00 and I just couldn't justify getting them after I had just blown a good amount of money on my hair AND that they were freaking $95!!. So I settled for the jeans that were on sale. They look nice and they are 20s, even though now I'm a little skeptical that I can really wear 20's. Oh well. They say 20 on the tag so I will take it.
Splurged a bit this weekend and I'm ok with it. Saturday I went over my cals, but honestly i don't care. My cals have been so minimal that it really shouldn't make much of a difference. i didn't get on the scale though. LOL. I'm really bloated, due to the extra carbs...so it will be a few days before i weigh myself.
I'm making Thanksgiving dinner and need to start planning my menu. I've been dreading the holidays. I'm going to try my hardest to NOt go overboard with the eating. LOL....well, I will TRY. I'm still going to enjoy myself.

**edit** I put a new hair pic in the pics group thingy. I have NO idea how to put one in my journal. =)

Good that you bought the more inexpensive jeans, because you won't be at that size for long! I call them transition pants. Shirts you can always wear even if they're large, but pants will change.

Love the hair, your pic on photo's is on right after my pics, which I would love to put on my journal but haven't mastered that yet.....I digress. I am with you with the Lane Bryant pants, you have to try them on, the sizes are incredibly different, it freaked me out when I took a pair without trying on...they were completely wrong for me, but glad you bought the cheaper pair, you will be into the next size very quickly. Happy Monday.

Thank you so much for your comment. And you're right. I shouldn't have to eat foods I don't like. I think I'll give the trainers diet a few tweaks here and there. Thanks again. :)

Dawn, I LOVE the new hairdo! Really! You look really good with it - the color... is it different? I like it. And the style - simple with sideswept bangs. Pretty much what I might be going for. I'm just hoping and praying I have as much hair left over when mine is done as you have! Oh, and don't you hate the way they size clothes now? I have at least three sizes of clothes in my closet right now that all "fit". Sure, the majority are one size, but still. Enough of other sizes to make you realize how crazy that industry has become. Regardless - you've tried on a couple of 20's and they fit. CLAIM that size, dammit! :D And Yvonne made a great point - you'll be in the next size before you know it! No point in investing a ton of money here.
