I was really hoping for more of a drop but glad it's down. I'M READY FOR A WHOOSH NOW!!!
I pushed the meal yesterday off until 530 but 330 works better. Friday I didn't "want" as much at mealtime but last night I wasn't satisfied, needed a bit more (salt mostly). I'll try to keep that in mind for today and see if the timing works better that way. Friday night I had 3 scrambled eggs with ham and cheese and a couple pieces of bacon and I was good for the whole night. Had the same yesterday but also ended up with a pepper and cream cheese and 1/4 cup fried cheese before I was done. I'll cut out more of the cheese today too and see what happens.
I got to meet my grand-niece (my BFF's granddaughter but I'm claiming her too since Betty's been my sister for 10+ years) yesterday and hang out with them for the day. She's not quite 3 months and she's laughing and teething already. Nice to play with babies (but give them back LOL).
Last day of pet-sitting today so tonight I get to sleep better and looking forward to it. Weigh in was earlier again today (630) but closer to normal time. Still figuring out a plan for today...
