This weekend promises to be pretty and decently mild weather. I plan to walk/jog for 1 1/2 hrs instead of just one hour just walking. Hoping to jump start my weight loss. At least I am stuck at 133 and not 135 finally! But I figured out that I have not been losing weight and keeping it off since I quit walking due to the weather. I may need to find a treadmill if walking makes that much difference.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
