I started the Atkins diet on 6/20/16. So far, my weight loss has been 9 lbs in 10 days. I have found this diet to work the best for me. I previously was on this diet and lost 30 lbs. I gained a lot of it back when I started school in the Spring. I just need to learn to balance the time to "make" food when school starts back up in the Fall. I need to learn that this isn't a diet, but a change in the way I will eat forever. I don't plan on being this strict with carbs (20 net carbs a day) forever, but my body doesn't process them efficiently, so I will always need to monitor how many I am consuming.
