Felt a bit tired this morning, still feeling tired, but I got up and went to CF!!

METCON:

5 rounds:

10 slam balls
10 DB snatches - Right arm
10 Reverse lunges - Right leg

10 slam balls
10 DB snatches - Left arm
10 Reverse lunges - Left leg

20 minute cap. I got to 5 rounds, just short of the last left arm & leg set.

Tomorrow is weigh-in day, and I'm feeling confident that it will be a good drop.
