I'm so upset- i went from 142.4 up to 143. I can win....

.6 of a pound is not that bad. Bodies weight can flux between 0-5 lbs in one day, or in just a few hours. Also, looking at your food log your calories seem quite low (this can cause your body to think it's starving, so it will hold onto every last ounce to prevent that) Atkins is a high fat, mid calories, low carb way of eating. Several items in your food log are not meant for induction (rice pudding, nuts, low carb tortillas) You should get the Atkins book and follow that the way it's laid out to get the most out of eating this way. You are not eating nearly enough calories or veggies (12-15 net carb of veggies per day while on induction)

Could be a lot of things, don't worry it'll come back off though. The beauty of FS is that you can review what you've done lately and know what could have tipped the scale and eliminate it. Best of luck!
