Finally! The scale has gone down!

Now, I know it didn't magically go down. I actually tried to eat healthy this week, and I managed to run 5 times for the first time in over a month!

Exercise really matters kids!

I have been very bad at recording my food, and I KNOW that is where I break and that is where I fall. I feel inspired when I log my food, because I know exactly what I'm eating. I need to make sure I do that this week.

Another plus, my scale says I'm down to 27% body fat! My BMI also just went under 24 (23.9)! So, I'm super happy. I'm going to keep up with my running this week, and of course, I'm always playing volleyball ;)

I hope you all are doing well!

140.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations - it can be so frustrating not seeing those numbers move. Logging food is so important, it's way too easy to forget that you ate something and then overeat calories (been there done that!) For me, I do best if I plan my day ahead of time and then adjust as the day goes by. Keep up the hard work.

Good work, keep it going. Going to see PT and see if I can do any exercise that won't pull the joints apart. Moving my arms and legs as much as I can while sitting here.
