Today was a staff pot luck and I feel like I did great! I am sure I could have done better, but I was able to try new food without going overboard (only one of each on my top 3 things I wanted to try). It did bring my calorie count way up (string beans wrapped with bacon. Of course it did) but I skipped my evening snack ) which was way hard but a few large glasses of water got me though it) and I was able to stay within my RDI. Feeling a little confidant about entering the holidays.
