Strenght/Skill:

5 x 5 Weighted Pull-ups (I did ring rows, because I cannot do pull-ups)

5 x 5 to 10 dips (I did scaled push-ups, because I cannot do dips)

Metcon:

8 rounds (tabata):

20 sec KB swings, 10 sec rest
20 sec Slam balls, 10 sec rest

It was a nice workout!

Tomorrow's weigh-in will be a gain, because it's #sharkweek!
