Okay so I thought about it and this is my new plan.
1) I was thinking we should plan our meals 6 times a day/ every 2 hours 2) Can not eat after 6pm. If you get super hungry after that grab a fruit or chicken broth to fill you up 3) buy P90x - and do it 3 times a week (build muscles and slim properly) 4) walk around the neighborhood every morning @ 5am on weekdays, on the weekends and weekdays when we are not so busy. 5) weigh in every Wednesday and Saturday morning and keep it up.
