I went to the doctor today for the first time in over a year. I have gained back 20 of the 26 lbs I lost last year on weight watchers. My blood pressure is also up, but thankfully not quite as high as it was before I lost the 26lbs. It is now 166/88 which is still not good. I am now highly motivated to reach and stay at my goal weight of 125 for the rest of my life and to drastically cut down on salt and caffeine like I did last year when I got off of the blood pressure medicine I was taking before I lost weight. My doctor said that I may be able to avoid going back on the BP meds if I can loose weight again. My next MD appt. is in four weeks. I want to get a really good start!
