Thinking I may need to cut down my calorie intake to 1800 because 2200 is not doing anything for me alothough I do often go over. If it's lower even if I do go over 1800 I will still be under 2200, so may be effective regardless!

You might not have to cut down the caloric intake - just tweak what you're eating. I looked at your food diary and you're eating a lot of carbs but not a lot of protein. If you don't want to lower your calories, why not try to replace some of the carbs with protein and see what it does? Just a thought ;)

SoLosingit is so correct!! Try cleaning up your diet and eat more protein and good fat and less carbs. Especially any processed carbs. You need to eat to lose FAT. Remember fat doesn't make you fat insulin makes you fat and the more processed your food is the more insulin you are producing. You can do it!!!! Meat is so good ;o)
