Was really excited when I weighed myself and saw that I had lost weight, but seem to have gone into PMS stage and eating naughty foods and too much! Going to be really strict on myself for the rest of the week and eat very small portions and very healthy and go to the gym everyday! So sick of nothing happening that I have lost motivation but htat stops here!

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 October 2011:
2329 kcal Fat: 90.83g | Prot: 97.90g | Carb: 282.87g.   Breakfast: margarine, wholemeal bread, marmite, coffee. Lunch: balsamic dressing, couscous, carrot, capers, tomatoe, red onion, avacado, light tuna. Dinner: balsamic, mayo, salad, garlic bread, pizza. Snacks/Other: natural yoghurt, muesli. more...

You can do it!!! Don't let the food win!! You have a few weeks. Be Strict. No Cheat days and really watch the type of foods you eat. Don't stop eating just eat clean. Stay away from processed food. 6 small meals. This will help. Exercise is key too. If I can do you!! You can do it!! ;o)
