And the countdown begins for the trip to Ireland. Any tips on what is a healthier choice in Ireland? Where do I even begin to research???
On Day 3 of the count up to the trip - August 31st.
Here is Day 1 and 2 results (Doing 21 day fix eating) Daily allowance for me: 5 red (protein 3/4 c size) 1 orange (seeds and dressings - 1 TBSP) 4 yellow (carbs - 1/2 c size) 5 green (veggies - 1 1/4 c size) 1 blue (healthy fats - 2 TBSP) 3 purple (fruits - 1 1/4 c size) 5 tsp (oils and nut butters 1 tsp)
Day 1 - 6/7 -> 4 red, 1 orange,5 yellow, 5 green, 2 blue, 2 purple, 1 tsp Day 2 - 6/8 -> 4 red, 0 orange, 4.5 yellow, 2 green, 1 blue, 3.5 purple, 0 tsp Day 3 - 6/9 -> to meet the daily allowance.
Also in another challenge too - workouts Day 1 - 6/7 -> Dirty 30 (21 day fix) and Biceps (Skimble) + arm circles to my favorite song -- Mercy Me "Greater Than" Day 2 - 6/8 -> Supple Body Yoga (Skimble) and sumo squats - 40 + FS challenge - 30 minutes walking, which I got in on our elliptical. Nice steady pace -- and was multi-tasking by reading book on Ipad. Got in 1.95 miles in 30 minutes. Not to mention walked dog twice, which adds another mile in. Day 3 - 6/9 -> Dirty 30 (21 day fix) - found that the alternating side lunges is why my thighs were BURNING yesterday. Also I do not do the side planks - shoulder/tricep issue, but change to circle situps, which is brutal. Quick Core Foundation (skimble) with my ball chair + today's challenge is tricep dips, which I modified and got 20 in.
What is your favorite song that motivates you to push harder when working out?
