162.6, Hmmmm! Where did I go wrong last night? Was it the 3 fried eggs, left over KFC and apple juice? Off today so will try to burn off during workout.
162.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
