I almost forgot, I am not recording since it's not a challenge day but I am down to 191 so I have lost 20 pounds :) It's been just over 3 months I am pretty proud and I plan to stick with this new WOE forever :)

Thanks Buffy :) I think once my medical stuff is figured out I can get my eating figured out so I can add carbs and foods and feel comfortable knowing what is causing my weight changes
