RoeCampy's Journal, 19 October 2011

I am soooo proud of my daughter, she is taking her healthy eating seriously, and understands that her health will never be like most kids, but she is doing so so well. And she is inspiring me to do well also. But it is hard to calculate the food at school and her band exercise, they don't have those listed so I do lots of guess work. Is it ok that she is burning more than she is eating? But then again it seems like alot of calories being burnt than what should be. If anyone can look at her diet n exercise and give me some hints I would so appreciate it ;)
