Pigged out on bacon this morning, I plan to drink lots of water to even out the sodium but I have been depressed and craving salt like crazy, so being a bacon LOVER I caved and ate lots of it for breakfast. I feel a little bit better.

Oh honey mine was much worse, but I kinda knew I was going to do it. Don't really care today since I haven't been eating much bacon at all lately and the worst it will mess with is my calories, so one day of being over my RDI oh well.

Missy - I know the feeling - if you are all bloated anyway, what is one more water pound. Feel better soon.
