Wow, never really had a bad day like today. The baby didn't eat his peanut butter and jelly sandwich so I sucked it in like a vaccum! I bettr go exercise, but the damamge is probably already done. I hate that special time of the month. I fought it hard last month, but this month I am so close to my goal, but I feel like saying forget it. I know it is worth it, but I don't feel smaller. I look smaller and I am smaller, almost 20 pounds smaller, but I am not as pleased with my weight loss when I am dealing with gains and days like today are looming at me. I mean I can't diet forever, so will I be able to keep this weight off? Will I gain it back a pound a day? So depressed today.

wow I know what your feeling, I am going through that myself. It's always the week before "that special time of the month" that kicks my rear end. Easier said than done but dont be hard on yourself. A small peanut butter and jelly isnt going to make a huge difference, and besides sometimes our bodies/metabolism needs an extra boost to kick it into shape and get it functioning properly. Exercise keeps me feeling good, but today here it is wet , rainy cold and windy so I cant really go hiking up mountains haha unless i wanna fall off one. It is worth it! Never say forget it... our bodies are our temples and you are doing SO WELL! You will hit your goal when you are supposed to , but don't allow yourself to feel depressed focus on the greatness you have accomplished and remember , yes it is a way of life, so do not think of it as a "forever diet" think of it as a healthy life style change, and you will get to give yourself rewards and days that you can indulge a bit. Remember keep it simple, and one day at a time, dont worry about tomorrow and how you will keep it off just know that you will! Like me, i have lost close to 50 pounds yet all i can focus on are the next 50. I think that is the flip side that sinks into us, I have to take my own advice as well, but we can do this! I will keep you in my prayers ;o)
