This weekend was trying. After Thanksgiving, I was ready to exercise and get into gear. I didn't pig out, which was good, but I just felt blah.

Friday, however, I woke up, to a surprise. Being a girl, and changing my exercise routine and my diet so close to my cycle, I thought for sure I was going to skip this month. Not so much. CRAMPS!

My office is only open until 2 on Fridays, but most of the day was spent doubled over at my desk in pain. So, walking at lunch was out of the question. Not to mention, at night, I ate a plate of cheese fries. Bad news. I did drink with diet mixers though, so I didn't feel too terrible.

Saturday was a BAD cold day. I didn't get off the couch. Not good, when you want to exercise. Sunday was a friend's birthday, and we went out to eat, but it was a crab place, so it wasn't too bad. I just forwent the butter, and boom, steamed crabs, however, King Crab legs are 3 points each. I didn't expect that.

Today I am back on track, though. Rained today, though, and couldn't walk at lunch, not being 100% from my cold, I didn't want to risk walking in the cold rain, hopefully it will be nicer tonight. Only gained .2 lbs though. I cheated and weighed myself this morning, because I was curious after this weekend. I actually had ice cream cake.

But I guess that's what those Flex Points are for. I never use them, so I wouldn't know.

Two days until a weigh in. I'm nervous again. I hope I can keep it up. I would like to lose another 3 lbs. Then I would be more than halfway to the 10lbs in December challenge I joined on here.

Encouragement please?
