Same weight as last Friday!!! Dang it :( how could this be? Did I eat too little this week? Ugh maybe I already hit a stall since I have a little over 15lbs to lose? But I'm ahead of schedule on my weight loss because today my goal was to hit the 150lbs mark and I surpassed that. Need to look on the bright side but its hard when the scale won't move in the direction I want it to!

At least it didn't move in the opposite direction! I only lost .5 lbs since last Friday and I'm nowhere near my goal so don't worry. Keeping the dial still in better than gaining.

you have had a pretty constant history of losses - you are doing amazing!!! and at least this slow down was not a gain - I say stick to it - maybe up your water intake and you'll be back at it next week! i also try to increase the physical volume of what I am eating n those tough weeks - more cabbage and lettuce! Trick the old body! You are doing great - keep it up :)

I know I been totally slacking on water :-/ but its getting cold now and I just haven't felt the need T9 drink water cuz its not hot and what not. But I'll try!!

Slacking on water could do this. You got to keep it up even if you dont feel like it, your body will thank you for it. You might see a huge loss next week, today might just have been a high weight and tomorrow could even be a low weight, just wait and see, you will get there.
