Last night exercise bike 10 miles/45 min
Morning exercise bike: 10.3 miles, 45 minutes, 6-7 resistance, 14.5-16 mph
Could not help weighing myself this morning. Sometimes I just feel the need to get on and kick myself for what I see but today I was very happy to see almost another pound lost.
Not going to log it till my normal day on Monday and I hope it stays or better yet goes down some more!

Not sure what I will do today but maybe pull up some more of the gardens all around the house.
I have these six flower boxes that I have to dig up and I think next year I want to put a dwarf fruit tree and hydrangeas in each one.
So much to plan for next year!!
