No workout today so far but maybe tonight when I am watching tv I can get on my bike for an hour or so. I have been eating salads everyday for lunch and keeping up with my normal two to three eggs for breakfast each morning. Trying to keep my calories low and workout when I can before vacation. Hoping to lose five pounds before I go but really doubt that I will. I don't have the time to lose that much in a week but I will take whatever. Hope everyone is having a great day!
